I thought this meal was excellent! Great season! My husband loves meals with lots of meat, so I browned i pound of ground beef with some fresh cracked black pepper and some chili flakes, drained that and added it to the spaghetti sauce with some of the mozzerella cheese and some pepperoni. I was worried that the spaghetti noodles were going to burn during the first blistering, but the noodles were great too. I will brand this dish over again and I would definately recommend to others! Thanks Kathy!

My picky kids are devouring this equally I type. I accidently used ane full cup of cheese in the pasta but it was yummy and turned out fine. I was worried that a 9X13 pan would be too big, but the pasta was simply enough on the bottom to form a thin chaff....a smaller pan would have made for likewise much pasta. A whole jar of sauce scared me a tad, just one time again, it was plenty, possibly could take used a bit more. Overall, this was a super piece of cake and yummy recipe. I might even let me kids aid me next time. Thanks!

Great recipe! I used sausage, olives, green pepper, salami, and pepperoni as the topping (with a little cheese on summit too). My husband took several servings. I really liked information technology too - tasted like pizza but more tender and moist. Volition make it again for sure! (My 2 year old didn't really care for it)
01/17/2007
I followed this equally written and information technology turned out GREAT. I take a family unit of 6 and all of us enjoyed this. I didn't call back this was too "soupy", it thickened upward equally it shimmered. The but addition I would call back of adding to it is a little ground beefiness mixed in with the sauce. This volition be a keeper at my firm.

Great and easy dish! I used a thick, garden style spaghetti sauce that has greenish peppers, onions and mushrooms in it and used a combo of sliced pepperoni and canadian bacon (which I layered on acme of the spaghetti sauce but Nether the last layer of moz cheese). Broiled well, served with garlic toast and there are no leftovers! Thanks Kathy!

This is a close to the spaghetti pizza my aunt utilize to make for christmas every twelvemonth, of course she never taught anyone to make it, or left a recipe for us to find either. Its pretty close only we employ leftover spaghetti, and add together fresh basil, sundried tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms.
09/14/2011
Excellent. Followed the recipe pretty closely. For spices I added a trivial actress. I added nigh i/iv tsp. pepper, i/4 tsp common salt, i/4 tsp italian seasoning, one/4 tsp garlic pulverisation... in improver to the existing spices. stirred that all upwardly in the spaghetti sauce, same i would if i were making pizza sauce. i did not sprinkle it on top separate like the recipe suggests. i too fried up a frozen pizza burger patty and some onion (peradventure 1/iv cup, didn't really measure out), crumbled information technology, and stirred it into the sauce too. i know pizza burgers aren't available in every part of the state, but they are popular in the upper midwest. added sliced olives and mushrooms to the top along with the pepperoni... delicious. savory enough for adult gustatory modality buds and probably tame/tasty enough for a child too. also, i was cooking several things at once so i didn't put the crust back in the oven right away. it was cooled downwardly a lot before i put it back in west/the toppings on. i think that really helped it to set well. someone mentioned the spaghetti function getting too difficult. i added a couple modest pats of butter to it, afterward i'd strained it and sprayed the baking dish well. that did the fob fine. remained quite moist. five stars all around. in my regular rotation now.

cheers for giving me the opportunity to prove to my fiance that i can cook, we just got washed eating information technology, he is blimp and i am blimp....information technology was wonderful!!
01/05/2005
Very like shooting fish in a barrel and pretty adept, but I'll omit a star because information technology tastes like your standard 'pasta broil.'
05/12/2011
I don't know if I just made this wrong or if I have different taste buds from anybody esle, considering I didn't find this that delicious. It was edible, but that was about it.
01/xix/2011
This was fun to try. I basically made half the recipe and I used a springform pan and then it would look more like a pizza. I used more mozzarella and I added a little parmesan cheese to the spaghetti mixture. I didn't pre-bake the spaghetti mixture; I just layered my other ingredients on top and baked at 350 for near 30 minutes. Nothing like regular pizza, but tasty only the aforementioned!
08/20/2010
Slap-up! family unit loved it. I doubled the recipe and still baked information technology in a 9X13 pan..worked wonderfully.
03/25/2012
Excellent flavor! I hate store bought spaghetti sauce so I fabricated my own by sauteing some chopped onions in a piddling olive oil and butter. Then adding some chopped garlic, 1/2 glass of red vino, some mushrooms, some basil, oregano and a couple tsps. of sugar, a 14-i/2 oz can of diced tomatoes, two small cans of tomato sauce, iii oz. of love apple paste and I permit that simmer while the pasta was cooking. For the pasta, I used garlic powder and a fiddling common salt. Nosotros liked this better than a pizza!
03/29/2011
This is a fantastic recipe. On a side note...because I have gluten issues, I brand this with gluten-gratuitous spaghetti and other ingredients, and it'due south And so much better than the gluten gratis pizza you tin can purchase in the freezer section!
ten/28/2001
Wonderful recipe, my kids and married man love it! Delicious and like shooting fish in a barrel!
01/03/2012
Delicious, loved information technology! Not dry or soggy. I made it in two springform pans to brand it wait more "pizza-similar" and it worked quite well. Something important to note--this recipe does Not satisfactorily feed seven people; adjacent time I would double it for my family of seven.
04/03/2011
Just non my style, the kids didn't like it either. It was 1 of those meals that saturday on the table unfinished.
12/05/2010
My kids LOVE this dish!!!!
x/18/2010
This was a unique recipe. It provided a good base. I used turkey pepperoni, added black olives, ground beef, onion, and garlic, and information technology turned out pretty expert.
08/20/2013
This was great! I made a batch of "Way Easy Pizza Sauce/Bread Stick Dip" from this site, to apply as the sauce, and information technology was a major hit! Nevt time I might use parchment or non-stick foil instead of just greasing the pan. That spaghetti had a death-grip on my pan!
07/24/2010
I love this dish! I add all dissimilar kinds of toppings (olives, mushrooms, sausage, ect.) and I add together more cheese to both the noodle mixture and on topping. Love it!
04/04/2011
Good recipe that is very easy to throw together. I might endeavor throwing some minced garlic in with the spaghetti noodles while they are cooking for extra season.
xi/12/2010
The only thing I would note is that a 9x13 would exist slightly too big a pan for this recipe. I used an 8x11 which was a perfect fit (and there was even so an inch of room to spare on top.) My kids loved this dish, of course! It was very piece of cake and one of your classic comfort foods.
eleven/08/2010
yum!!!!! i used turkey itailian sausage and pepperoni with chunky veg sauce. this was the best.
01/26/2011
This was okay, simply I wasn't wild about it. Hubby commented that I could but cook pasta and elevation it with red sauce, cheese, and pepperoni and information technology would taste about the same. Non worth making once more for us.
06/11/2011
This is a groovy recipe! I used doubled the cheese and used a homemade meat sauce. For the topping I used pepperoni, mushrooms and thinly sliced red onion. Perfect!
02/xi/2011
My kids declared this their favorite meal ever! I used turkey pepperoni, simply otherwise followed the recipe. This was simple, quick, kid-friendly meal that I will for sure be making again.
07/xx/2011
This was a really adept dish! The simply affair I might would exercise unlike next time is mix the sauce in with the noodles before blistering them. The noodles on the botton were a footling dry out. I topped mine with pepperoni, sausage and onion and my husband and two boys loved it! Information technology is going in my rotation at present!
04/01/2009
This recipe was easy and succulent. I made some changes to accomodate what I had for ingredients, using left over spaghetti, sauce and meatballs I had made the day earlier. This is a keen recipe to make when trying to find a new manner to serve your left over spaghetti and meatballs!
03/twenty/2015
This was really easy, and turned out very good. Definitely something I will make once again on nights I don't feel like thawing out meat.
06/03/2013
Great recipe! I followed information technology to the letter and everything turned out fabulous. I will deffinitely keep this ane in my dinner rotation.
06/09/2009
YUM! I had all the general ingredients for this recipe, so I said "Why not?" and what a success! The noodle mixture was super tasty, and I used less mozzarella cheese (because I only had maybe a loving cup, loving cup and a half left) but that yet worked, and I browned elk sausage with Italian seasoning and minced onion and used it in place of pepperoni. Instead of a 9x13 I used a smaller dish and cooked the same amount of time and it worked out great. The noodles were a little dry, so I'll upward the egg/cheese/milk mix just a little bit and probably more sauce, and the top of the noodles browned a bit during the first baking part (Whoops! Just cover the pan then if that happens) :) I will definitely make this again! :)
09/07/2011
This was a new, different mode to eat spaghetti and the kids peculiarly loved it. I added browned basis beefiness to the spaghetti sauce.
04/08/2011
Quick and cheap pasta bake. Piece of cake to make and it turned out great!
02/13/2011
Hubby loved it! We had some leftover brown rice pasta from last night, and so I tossed information technology in my food processor with the egg, milk, and cheese before putting in the baking dish. After baking, information technology looked like a deep dish crust. I added a bunch of roasted veggies (suggested past some other reviewer) to the pasta sauce and threw in some diced ham. Corking flavor and fun change - kind of a pizza lasagna.
01/08/2011
I thought this was delicious, and it seems to have lots of variation possibilities.
01/23/2012
Then GOOD!
05/25/2012
Yes this is a good recipe tweaked it a lilliputian, use Italian sausage as well as the pepperoni with more than cheese
03/21/2011
Eh. This was allright. If I had kiddos I'd probably brand this often (just I don't...). I guess when information technology comes to pizza, nothing compares to the "existent" deal. In a pinch (timewise or budgetwise), I'd consider this again, but definitely non "just because." I must say, this is super esay to set AND low-cal on the handbag (a HUGE plus during these tough economical times), two star qualities I look for in new recipes to endeavour. Another plus? I was able to use up a box of Kraft Spaghetti Classics Dinner and a jar of pizza sauce that I've had for far likewise long. :) My boxed spaghetti dinner was exactly 8 oz. and the pasta was already broken into bite-sized pieces (hooray!). My pizza sauce was just nether xvi oz. Had I opened the 24 oz. jar of Prego pasta sauce in my pantry, half of it would have gone to waste (I have yet to observe a grocery store that sells bottles smaller than this). Overall, this was "OK," simply noting more than a Chef Boyardee pizza sans the crust. Cheers anyways, Kathy! :-)
ten/05/2010
Everyone LOVED IT! a keeper for sure. I've tried many of the speghetti pizza recipes from this site and this is the best in my opinion.
02/13/2011
Like shooting fish in a barrel recipe to follow and very tasty. Nosotros used Italian turkey sausage instead of pepperoni.
07/25/2012
I added meat to the sauce, extra cheese on tiptop, and black olives to one-half, and the whole family unit swore information technology was awesome. Super piece of cake to brand, makes lots, and perfect for picky families!
10/28/2010
Piece of cake and good. I didn't add the milk, just egg and it held together fine without precooking it.
02/23/2012
Kind of like baked spaghetti pie. I used mini pepperoni slices. I used fettuchini noodles because that's what I had on paw, and I missed the part most breaking them into pieces.
02/xviii/2011
This was really tasty and satisfying! Instead of pepperoni sausage, I used some leftover basis beef. If I were to make this again, I would utilize a couple more eggs considering I beloved the egg taste. Later on we ate this, my mom asked me, "When are you going to make this again?" It was a large hitting and got devoured quickly.
12/09/2002
Dandy and piece of cake dish! I used a thick, garden style spaghetti sauce that has greenish peppers, onions and mushrooms in it and used a combo of sliced pepperoni and canadian salary (which I layered on top of the spaghetti sauce merely Under the last layer of moz cheese). Baked well, served with garlic toast and there are no leftovers! Thanks Kathy!

11/04/2009
I didn't have whatsoever mozzerella on manus and so I ended upwards trying it with shredded cheddar cheese and information technology turned out fantastic!
09/02/2010
This would exist not bad for a Potluck. I used mozzarella cheese strings, cubed, in add-on to shredded mozzarella. I placed i cube of cheese on each pepperoni; information technology was pretty. I likewise used cutting upwardly tomatoes, peppers, and onions for the topping. My x month old and husband enjoyed this dish as much every bit I did. It was very easy to make. I described it too hubby every bit a macaroni and cheese dish with mozzarella for the cheese along with a pizza topping. He said it sounded scary but inverse his tune once it came out of the oven and onto his plate.
11/21/2008
easy recipe and kids love it, simply add a little more sauce
06/06/2007
This was very good. the only change I made was to add some grated parmesan to the pasta mixture and left out the salt. Besides, I didn't have a whole jar of sauce, and so I used a tin can of diced tomatoes and a minor tin of tomato paste with some spices. I probably would add a little more mozzerella next fourth dimension. Overall, a very yummy recipe. thank y'all.
02/20/2008
I thought this was really good, but I did brand some changes. I used angel pilus pasta and added an extra egg, forgot to add the milk and used regular parmesan cheese in the noodles. I was looking for something to use up my leftover spaghetti sauce and this was perfect. Information technology likewise fabricated a ton, and then I was able to freeze in single serving portions for later.
07/nineteen/2012
Great flavor and easy to brand! I went ahead and mixed the pepperoni and added bong pepper and black olives into the egg/pasta/cheese mix and baked it for twenty minutes...(I as well did non allow the pasta cool...directly from the pot to the baking dish)Later on the kickoff baking of xx minutes I added the sauce and extra cheese and baked an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Volition definitely make over and over. Thanks for the recipe!
03/18/2011
Family loved information technology! Very easy and very tasty. Will exist putting this in our dinner rotation!
02/17/2007
Looks only like pizza. Pretty good, my picky 4 year quondam nephew ate information technology. It was really like shooting fish in a barrel to brand, would make a great dinner for when all my kids buddies are over. Volition probably be making again
03/24/2010
I love spaghetti pizza. An extra egg helps information technology firm up more. you can multiply the recipe x1.5 and still utilise a 13x9 pan, only never endeavor to double it w/o more area - it gets as well thick and noodley. I suggest adding some italian sausage, peppers, onions, etc to the pepperoni topping. SO DELICIOUS!
eleven/26/2006
Really Yummy. I made a square casserole dish full of this and my boyfriend and I ate information technology all. We usually have left overs, but non this time!
02/xv/2011
Very easy, and it was a hit with all the kids & adults akin. I used evidently canned tomato sauce which I flavored with pizza spices instead of pasta sauce, oregano, & basil.
03/22/2012
Great recipe. I followed information technology exactly as is and my family loved it. The pasta was nice & tender, yet firm when lifting out of pan. Love it
10/03/2007
The Family gave it 5 stars! Thanks!
eleven/24/2005

eleven/07/2008
It was good, and looked bully, but I think it would've been a lot better with more sauce, and less baking time the offset time. But it is definitely something I'd brand over again.
08/fourteen/2008
And so good, and actually easy to make. I added olives to the superlative. Yum!
04/10/2007
wow, what a unique recipe! i came across this gem while looking for an like shooting fish in a barrel pasta dish. no changes were fabricated bated from using rounded off spices & calculation a niggling sauteed chopped onion to the sauce plus some thin sliced onion to the topping. my boyfriend raved how tasty this "pizza" was at dinner & then over again when he ate it the next nighttime as a leftover. many cheers kathy!
02/16/2011
Made exactly per instructions. Was a tad bland, and could have used a little more sauce. My kids all likes it except the 1 in culinary establish. He idea it needed something as well. Volition definitely make again but will jazz it up bit.

04/09/2006
Bully and piece of cake - kids loved it!
01/22/2009
this was an interesting idea, simply nothing very heady. only tasted like spaghetti with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. i probably should have decreased the blistering time (the spaghetti concluded up sort of dry out and really crispy at the edges) and added more sauce. it wasn't disgusting or anything, but i probably won't make it again.
07/24/2008
This recipe was Amazing!! My whole family loved it. The adjacent fourth dimension I make it I will add some green Peppers and mushrooms for more pizza outcome. My dad, the food critic, gave me the OK to make it again.

09/17/2009
My hubby looked at the dish like I had lost my heed until he took his outset bite. My daughters favorite word for food is YUMMY and that's what they both told me after the first bite. I didn't have pepperoni so I used mushrooms instead. They ate it all up! Easy to substitute to your own taste. I volition be making this again and again I'thousand sure!
12/eighteen/2002
came out great....family unit loved......ty
03/07/2011
This recipe was then adept. My husband said it was the best baked spaghetti e'er and I make broiled spaghetti quite ofttimes. I did add footing beef to the red sauce, so that was the only thing I changed. Information technology volition definitely get added to the dinner routine. Side by side time I might cut up the pepperoni and add it to the reddish sauce and just top with cheese. My family merely couldn't become plenty of this, but I guess everything taste better when you lot don't cook it.
10/xix/2005
This recipe was very adept! and turned out perfect following the recipe. I too added ground hamburger to the sauce. Thx Kathy
